Lucia Garcia Corrales earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, specializing in Painting and Photography . Lucia bases her work o the eternal pursuit of the beauty of the mysterious and what produces suspense. Her work is located in between figuration and abstraction, trying to generate feelings of intringue, isolation, melancholy and, at the same time, tranquility, calm and peace.

Her compositions start from visions and frames of reality that are interwined with the imaginary and the memories. She seeks to arouse personal feelings in the viewer who, from his own experience and his imagination reintreprets each piece.

Lucia Garcia Corrales basa su trabajo en la eterna búsqueda de la belleza de lo misterioso y de lo que produce suspense. Su obra se encuentra entre la figuración y la abstracción, tratando de generar sensaciones de intriga, de aislamiento, de melancolía y, a la vez, tranquilidad, calma y paz.

Sus composiciones parten de visiones y fotogramas de la realidad que se entrelazan con lo imaginario y los recuerdos. Pretende con ello suscitar sensaciones personales en el espectador quien, a partir de su propia experiencia y su imaginación reinterpreta cada pieza.
